Our Heroes Are Struggling

The men and women who protect us face staggering challenges when they come home. These are real numbers. Real people.

200K+

Transitioning Service Members Yearly

Over 200,000 service members transition to civilian life annually, many struggling with employment, housing, and mental health challenges.

44%

First Responders Report Mental Health Issues

Studies published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology show 44% of firefighters, police, and EMS workers report symptoms of behavioral health conditions.

Five Ways We Serve Heroes

Each program is powered by real businesses, real people, and real infrastructure — not just good intentions.

Hero Meals

"No hero eats alone." Veterans and first responders receive free meals at Town Hero restaurant locations. Show your military ID or first responder badge — that's it. Funded by round-up donations and our "Buy a Hero a Meal" program.

Hero Home

"Your home served you. Now we serve your home." Free home repairs and maintenance for disabled veterans and Gold Star families. Plumbing, AC, handyman work, pressure washing — powered by Town Hero Services' network of 50+ trades.

Hero Jobs

"From service to career." Job placement, skills training, and resume workshops for transitioning veterans. Priority hiring across all D.A.M portfolio companies and our growing network of local business partners.

Hero Scholars

"Education is the next mission." Scholarships for children of fallen or disabled veterans and first responders. Because the families who sacrifice deserve a future, too.

Hero Community

"Heroes together." Monthly meetups at Town Hero locations. Guest speakers, networking, camaraderie, and fitness events. Because the hardest part of coming home is feeling like you don't belong.

From Your Table to Their Door

A simple, transparent flow from donation to impact — powered by businesses, not bureaucracy.

1

You Give

Round up at checkout, "Buy a Hero a Meal" for $5, or join Hero Club at $11/month. Every option available at the register or online.

2

D.A.M Delivers

Our parent company donates the food, labor, and technology. Your cash donation is multiplied by in-kind services — zero middlemen.

3

Heroes Receive

A veteran gets a free meal today. A disabled vet's plumbing gets fixed this week. A transitioning service member gets a job interview this month.

4

Impact Tracked

Every meal, repair, and placement is logged through our AI-powered system. You see exactly where your money went — no guessing.

OrderHeroAI Powers Hero For Hero

Every order processed through OrderHeroAI automatically donates to Hero For Hero. Our technology doesn't just serve restaurants — it serves heroes.

📱

Customer Orders

A customer calls or texts their favorite restaurant powered by OrderHeroAI.

🤖

AI Takes the Order

OrderHeroAI handles the call, processes payment, and sends the order to the POS.

🇺🇸

Heroes Are Served

$0.05 from D.A.M's revenue on every transaction goes directly to Hero For Hero programs.

★ The best part?

The donation comes from D.A.M's revenue — not from the restaurant or the customer. Every order automatically supports heroes at zero cost to anyone else.

Why Business-Powered Changes Everything

Most nonprofits raise money, then figure out how to help. We already own the restaurants, the home services company, and the technology. Your donation goes straight to impact.

  • 90%+ Goes Directly to Programs

D.A.M donates all infrastructure, technology, event space, and overhead. Your dollar works harder here than anywhere else.

  • Zero Middlemen

We don't send your donation to a subcontractor. We own the restaurants that serve the meals. We employ the technicians who repair the homes.

  • Instant Impact

A free meal happens today, not in 18 months. A plumbing fix happens this week. Speed of service is our advantage.

  • AI-Powered Transparency

Every hero served is tracked through OrderHeroAI. Donors see real-time impact dashboards — not just an annual report.

  • Scalable by Design

Any restaurant or service business can "Enable Hero For Hero" through our platform. The model works everywhere, not just Palm Beach County.

How Hero For Hero Was Born

"I saw veterans in my own community — regulars at the shop — who were struggling. They'd served this country and were eating alone, fixing their own broken pipes, and couldn't find work. I thought: I own the restaurants, I own the services company — why am I not using what I built to help them?"
— Dan Monaco, Founder

From Sub Shops to a Movement

It started with a sandwich. Dan Monaco, founder of D.A.M (Divine Ascension Management), built his first business — Town Hero — in Lantana, Florida. A neighborhood sub shop at 840 W Lantana Road.

As the business grew, so did something else: a community. Veterans came in regularly. First responders stopped by after shifts. Dan got to know them. Their stories. Their struggles.

When Dan launched Town Hero Services — a home services company covering 50+ trades across Palm Beach County — he realized he had everything needed to make a real difference: restaurants to feed heroes, technicians to repair their homes, a tech platform to track every dollar, and a network of businesses willing to pitch in.

Hero For Hero was born from a simple belief: the businesses that thrive in a community should give back to the people who protect it. Not with a check once a year — but with real, daily, hands-on service.

★ Every meal, every repair, every job placement is powered by businesses Dan built — not middlemen, not contractors, not bureaucracy. Just a founder who decided his community's heroes deserved better.

Powered by D.A.M

Hero For Hero is backed by the full D.A.M (Divine Ascension Management) portfolio — real businesses providing real services to real heroes.

Real Heroes, Real Impact

Every hero we serve has a story. As we launch, this section will fill with the faces and voices of the people you're helping.

Your Story Could Be Here

We're launching our programs now. The first hero stories will be shared here — with their permission and pride. Every meal, every repair, every job is a story worth telling.

First Responders Too

Police officers, firefighters, EMTs — the heroes who run toward danger while everyone else runs away. Their stories of receiving support will live here.

Families Served

Behind every hero is a family. Gold Star families, military spouses, children of the fallen — they carry the weight too. We serve the whole family.
